Our Process
What Happens After You Give Us A Call?
Westside Drainage has a very unique and service-oriented process for managing all our customers. We follow an organized three step process that gets the job done right, and quickly.
Step 1:
Estimate – We’ll schedule a convenient time to come out to your property to inspect the drain tile. This includes our famous video pipe inspection which can be performed in front of your very eyes so you can see the areas that need repair first hand. Most of the time, we can come out to perform the estimate the same day you call or the next day.
Step 2:
Advising – After we’ve assessed the issue together, we’ll make recommendations to you about the process we think it would be best for you to follow. Most often, this simply means repairing the damaged parts of your drain tile system. We’ll then map out a timeline and schedule the next set of appointments with you so you can plan ahead of the repairs. Most of the time repairs only take between 3-15 days.
Step 3:
We Repair – After we’ve done all the paper work and mapped out the timeline that works for you in step 2 all that’s left for us to do is the work! You can sit back, relax and know that you’ve left your repairs in very capable, well-regarded hands. Once we’ve wrapped up the repairs according to our timeline we run through everything with you so you can see first-hand the improvements that were made. Of course, you can follow up with us anytime afterwards to discuss your drain tile system maintenance.
